    Healthpark Online Class Reservations

    Sign up online to reserve your spot in group fitness classes at the Healthpark. Download the Online Reservation Access Guide to see screenshots and step-by-step instructions.

    First, make sure you have set up your account

    How to set up your account

    After you become a member of the Healthpark, you will receive an email from joinhealthpark@owensborohealth.org with your temporary username and password. You will need to complete the following steps in order to activate your account.

    1. Check your email and open the CSI Spectrum App.
    2. You will then type in your username.
    3. Then you will type your temporary password.
    4. Once you are logged in it will ask for your "old password". (the temporary password)
    5. Type in a new password.(2 times)
    6. Log back into the app with your username and new password. Your account is set up!

    Register through the website

    1. Log in with your username and password.
    2. Click "Group Exercise"
    3. Click on the class you would like to attend.
    4. Click "Enroll"
    5. Click "Register" and then you will see the booking confirmation page.

    Cancel through the website

    1. Click "Account information"
    2. Click "Reservation Report"
    3. Click the "Show Report" button
    4. Click on the class name reservation with the correct date that you would like to cancel
    5. Click the "Cancel Booking" button
    6. A popup window will appear and ask you if you are sure you would like to cancel the booking, click "OK"
    7. A confirmation message will appear, click "OK"

    Register from your mobile device

    Download and open the CSI Spectrum app

    To download the app to your smartphone, click on the button below that applies to you.

    1. Enter owensboromedical as the club access code and press “Get Started".
    2. Enter your username and your password. Press "Log In".
    3. See the row of icons at the bottom of your screen. Press "Classes"
    4. Find the class you want to take and press "Book"
    5. Once the class opens, press the "Book" button
    6. Select the member you would like to register and press the "Next" button
    7. Press the "Confirm" button
    8. Confirm that the reservation is complete by making sure the class is showing under My Reservations.

    Cancelling class reservations

    1. Open the CSI Spectrum App
    2. Select the class under "My Reservations"
    3. Press the "Cancel" button
    4. Press "Yes"
    5. Press "OK"
    6. Confirm that the cancellation is complete by making sure the class is no longer showing under My Reservations.
